I am a Licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.

Before opening my private practice I worked at Compass Behavioral Health in Snohomish where I gained experience in helping people often struggling with poverty, mental and physical forms of illness, anxiety, depression, and recovery from addiction.

I have had a lifelong passion to help people thrive and understand their worth. I find no greater joy than to walk with people in the deep places of their stories and to mirror back to them the beauty I see of God’s image in them.

I have lived in the Pacific Northwest all of my life and I currently reside in Snohomish with my husband of 35 years. I delight in having six adult children, four sons-in-law, and eight grandchildren. I enjoy learning new things, writing, traveling, domestic arts, occasional acting, and hospitality. My faith in Jesus Christ and my quest to follow Him is the wellspring of my life and practice.

"To love someone is to show them their beauty, their worth, and their importance; it is to understand them."
